Time Zones
For Example
The Mountain Time Zone is 1 hour ahead of the Pacific Time Zone.
The Central Time Zone is 1 hour ahead of the Mountain Time Zone.
The Eastern Time Zone is 1 hour ahead of the Central Time Zone.
Greenwich Mean Time (GMT) is 8 hours ahead of the Pacific Time Zone.

For example: Suppose it is 2:57 P.M. in the Central Time Zone.
Then, in the Pacific Time Zone, it will be 2 hours before 2:57 P.M.
Now, 2 hours before 2:57 P.M. is 12:57 P.M.
So, it is 12:57 P.M. in the Pacific Time Zone.
